KATAGI Blau is a singular gastronomic experience through which our chef Jose Pellegrino highlights the sparkle of Asian food using exceptional products.

“Omakase” in Japanese literally means “to entrust oneself to the chef.”
It is a way to enjoy Japanese cuisine through a tasting menu, letting the chef make all the decisions based on the best ingredients available, trusting their wisdom.
At our exclusive 10-seat counter, itamae* Edu prepares and presents each course right in front of you. More than just cooking, it’s a silent choreography between the chef, the product, and the guest.
We offer a set tasting menu of approximately 16 courses, combining tradition and innovation, where everything happens at the chef’s rhythm. Each dish is crafted in front of the guest with technique, precision, and respect for the freshest ingredients. A deep attention to detail is evident in every cut, every movement.
If you’re looking for an authentic experience inspired by traditional Japanese cuisine, Katagi Blau’s Omakase is made for you. All you need is a seat at the counter and the curiosity to let yourself be surprised.

At KATAGI Blau, every Sunday we offer a magnificent and exquisite brunch that combines the best of breakfast and lunch for you to enjoy in a unique setting.
A selection of six appetisers and three main courses that include the unmistakable Katagi sushi, beef cubes with seasonal vegetables in tempura and teriyaki sauce with pepper and a delicious prawn and miso wok. All of them paired with a wide variety of cold and hot drinks.
